Russell County Leadership is excited to recruit for our upcoming class! Our intensive program, features monthly seminars from August to June, designed to develop strong, informed, and connected community leaders. Because of the hands-on nature of the program, full participation and strict attendance are required.

Participation Requirements

As an associate in Russell County Leadership

Attendance is crucial. Associates are required to be at all 10 seminars. Further details in application.
Complete pre-seminar reading/work assignments.
Fully participate in informal question and answer sessions.
Assist with awareness by sharing highlights of the experience to media outlets and/or community organizations.
Demonstrate a satisfactory level of interest, participation, and engagement.
Be on time. Being late detracts from the experience of your whole class.
Complete Thank You notes to RCL Hosts, Speakers, and Sponsors after each seminar

Class V Application

The Class V application consists of two reference letters and a thoughtful response form that invites applicants to reflect on county challenges and share their ideas for strengthening Russell County. Please allow enough time to get all requirements and the form complete and turned in by the deadline on April 17th @ 5pm.
